Now that it has hit the net I am sure Fromsoft is looking through the game to see if they can prove it is their data or not. But till there is actual proof or litigation comes out that something like that occurred I would hold off on any speculation. That also applies if they bought the data from which the provider of the data stole the mocap data from fromsoft which would be a big pain for the game developer as they would have to stop sales and redo all the animations they bought from that vendor.
